1. Returns Eligibility

  • Return Period: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made products, clearance items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Pack Your Item(s): Carefully pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation along with the RMA number.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or was sent in error. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refund Process
